I've seen an unloaded float rescue a fully loaded one by pulling it up a steep
hill.

a float should work well as a tow truck.

I have been told of a milk float pushing a broken down fully loaded coal lorry out of a cul de sac, if that's true then I think you will be ok! Regards...
