Basically, if the email address you had Yahoo!Groups sending your messages
to was listed as "Bouncing" for more than a year, then you were risking
having your subscriptions deleted. If you normally receive email from this
or other groups, then you have nothing to worry about. Also, if you normally
read your groups from the groups home page (after logging in) you also have
nothing to worry about.
