It's a clone!mini!Jack/Xander BtVS/Stargategate SG1/Sentinel bunny.

The orginal Jack O'Neal isn't a Sentinel, however he does have the
Sentinel gene it's just latent. So when Loki clones him, something goes
wrong and the gene is activated making mini Jack a full sentinel.

When this fact is discovered he's kidnapped by NID/Initiative, where he
meets and bonds with Xander who was also kidnapped after he left
Sunnydale after a disagreement with the group. They escape and as they
make their way back to Chennye Mountain, they meet Jim and Blair and
discover their Sentinel and Guide.
