I'm just wondering if anyone knows any reason that Vodafone Ireland
seem to have a size limit of between 100Kb and 140Kb on their gateway,
for Java at least? We're having trouble with a client who can
download small Jar files but not large ones, and I found a similar
problem reported here:

I guess there could be good technical reasons for it but I figured
maybe it was just a legacy bit of configuration which no-one had seen
fit to change... it would be great to get it raised as it currently
means we can offer downloads to low-end handsets but not high-end!
