Dear All,

Some of you will know that at Brean in December, a random group of Devonian
salseros
won second place in the Amatuer Cabaret competition with a La Rueda we cobbled
together in the pub a couple of hours beforehand. This year we are going for
first prize,
but we need to practice, and we need recruits! Your La Rueda needs You!

So here's the deal, there will be La Rueda practice sessions on Moose nights
timed so they
run after Joe and Alix's workshops in the Phoenix Centre. Additional sessions
are also in
the pipeline. The sessions are aimed at those who have at least improver level
Rueda
knowledge who want to get to expert level. You should know and be familiar with
the
calls: arriba, abajo, enchufa, dame, adios, somberero and enchufa al centro, and
be
prepared to have a lot of fun.

At some points in the year we will be involved in some public performances so we
have
some goals to aim for.

First Practice session is this Saturday on 28th January 7:45pm no extra charge
on Moose
entry.
