Last week we covered Nudo, Trompo & Contravuelta Complicada in the Int/Adv Cuban Salsa class. This week we will be working on Bayamo & Cuba Libre.

Tim & Loz's Cuban Salsa & La Rueda classes take place every Tuesday evening at Chudleigh Community Hall, Lawn Drive, Chudleigh (just off the A38 south of Exeter). The classes run side by side so you can attend both Cuban Salsa & La Rueda according to your level:

8.30pm Cuban Salsa for Begs & Imprs/La Rueda for Int & Adv
9.30pm Cuban Salsa for Int & Adv/ La Rueda for Beg & Imprs

Each of the Cuban Salsa classes comes with a handout which breaks each move down per '1-2-3 . . 5-6-7' count, helping you to overcome that familiar problem of forgetting what arm was supposed to go where and what happens with the foot next once you've left the class! We also have an A5 'How Am I Doing?' checklist, covering core moves for Beginners, Improvers, Intermediates & Advanced which both helps to give a structure to your learning and also acts as an aide memoire for the guys which they can take a glance at between dances - no point going to all these classes if you don't apply it!
