In addition to sharing the same birthday and being good friends, Martin Tey (of 'Los Salsitos') and Martin Travers (of 'Salsa Brava') are popular Salsa teachers and promoters.

Los Salsitos started in 2001 and has built great reputation throughout the Southwest. Martin Tey is a passionate teacher and a performer who recently won the 2nd place in UK Salsa Championship (am./semi-pro) with dancer partner Naomi Hulbert.

Salsa Brava is Somerset's longest running and most experienced Salsa and Latin dance promoter (now into their 10th year!). Martin Travers and his crew have brought their enthusiasm to a huge number of salseros in the area.

When accepting this invitation, Lubi said, "I only really guest at [International] Congresses now or big events. In the UK, i just play the UK Congress, Britfest, Mambo City Congress, maybe 1 Scala Latina a year, Salsology, Latin Motion and that's really it. So it would be quite an exclusive for you... I'd gladly play 3 hours so you can have a good dance."
