DANCENIGHT IN BOVEY TRACEY - 3rd MAY
To celebrate 16 weeks of teaching in the mini-metropolis of Bovey Tracey we're throwing a dancenight in the Town Hall
on Saturday 3rd May.
Here's the programme...
8.00 - 8.45 - Beginners Intro Class
8.45 - 9.00 - Salsa warm-up (shines and stuff)
9.00 - 11.45 - Paaaartytime!
D'you like Africando, Frukp, Alex Wilson, Larry Harlow. Tito Puente, Pete Rodriguez, Willie Colon, Sonora Carruseles,
Ray Baretto, Louie Ramirez - heck! So do we! And they'll all be there! (in kind if not in reality...)!!!
The music will be gentler for the first hour, then it's going to start getting hot...
The floor is natural wood, it's not huge (a little larger than a badminton court, actually, it pretty much is a badminton court),
there's even a gallery so you can watch proceedings from an elevated position!
And the total cost for this extravaganza? £4 for the lot. Yes really, just £4...
And what else is on that night? NOTHING!
For details and a map:
There's parking (see map) a very short walk away from the hall. No bar, so bring your own (there are two pubs next door to
the hall plus lots of catering outlets! (it's a busy place, Bovey)
If you want to eat beforehand, Bovey has one of the best Indian restaurants in Devon, a nice pizza place, 6 pubs, a chinese, a chippy
and a couple of very tasteful restaurants.
Bovey is just 15 minutes from Exeter and 30 minutes from Plymouth.
