I can't answer for 'any time' but in the last year one person asked, I asked
her to send an SAE. She didn't.

Perhaps when we publish the committee news piece (which follows each
bi-monthly committee meeting in 2E) we could simply add who attended.
Suffice to say that this year as far as I recall, Deb and I have missed one
and everyone else has attended them all. Deb was sick. I missed the very
first one just after the AGM... simply because it was arranged at short
notice and there wasn't a weekend we could all make it - it came down to one
weekend Deb and Ed missing it and the next me missing it - it simply made
more sense for one person to miss out rather than two.
