Given that their details are publicly available by looking in a telephone
directory, I wouldn't have thought there'd be an issue.
After all people can usually find out your name and address from the
electoral roll, and I don't remember giving express permission for this.

P12 of the latest issue of the magazine asks for Vets' details. It doesn't
say you ought to ask your vet if (s)he minds being on the list, and might
there not be implications under the Data Protection Act about how the
information is kept, even if the vet has given permission.
