This proposal was submitted after the deadline and after the
meeting to finalise proposals, so has not been put forward to
the AGM. We feel that it is, nevertheless, worthy of discussion
for the future.

We propose that the Committee members must be residents of the
Midlands counties. Any elected Committee member who move out of
the Midlands counties should resign. The Midlands Counties are
defined as:
Worcestershire, West Midlands, Warwickshire, Staffordshire,
Shropshire, Rutland, Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire,
Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Cheshire,
Cambridgeshire.
