This proposal was submitted after the deadline and after the
meeting to finalise proposals, so has not been put forward to
the AGM. We feel that it is, nevertheless, worthy of discussion
for the future.

We propose that the posts of Chair, Secretary and Treasurer be
for a period of no more that three consecutive years. After
which they should not serve again in any post for a minimum of
one year.
