The committee proposes that the words in italics (asterisks here
as I'm working in plain text) are added to the end of rule B4
for clarification:

Rats must be shown in a humane transparent plastic tank. The
minimum tank size is to be eleven litres and the maximum tank
size to be fourteen litres. A list of MRC-approved tanks is
available from the General Show Secretary or Show Organiser on
request. *This applies to all rats in both variety and pet
classes.*

Rationale: This line has been added to clarify that pet classes
are included within this rule Hire tanks will remain available
to all exhibitors.
