Why shouldn't the MRC have co-hosts wherever they like?

So, when I move to Scotland - I'm going to get my membership refused am I.
Oh sorry I forgot I'm a johnny foreigner already being from East Angles
land. Does this mean that I'm welcome at shows, spend my cash on exhibiting,
petrol, extol the virtues of the MRC, promote it as much as I can, but I
can't give anything back by joining the committee....
