I know I was the first to reply when Annette started these threads but
I've been thinking (yes I do occasionally break the habits of a lifetime
;-D) and have come to the conclusion that what we are doing is verging
on being unethical. I have serious doubts about discussing proposals
online before the AGM.
AFAIK it's not exactly common practice for AGM proposals to be discussed
online (or anywhere else come to that) before an AGM - e.g. one doesn't
got to www.halifax.co.uk/forum/agmproposals (made up url) and enter into
a discussion.
