That's where you should be this weekend:
Human Traffikers + Lords of Bastard + Hey Enemy at Henry's on Sunday
(this Sunday, 28th January), doors 8pm, 9pm start, £4
A night for droners and stoners, with a wee bit of rocking thrown into
the mix...
Check the bands out if you don't know them yet, they're all in Henry's
Cellar Bar's myspace top friends (head over at
www.myspace.com/henrysvenue)
Hey Enemy even play a didgeridoo on stage (and feature members from
Dead Or American)...
Also, for those who haven't got any plans yet for tonight (Fri 26th)
and read this in time, it's not our gig but that's where I'll be since
Henry's is closed closed for a private function, so I recommend you
too head out to the Subway Cowgate to check out my personal faves Arse
2 Mouth, who are playing alongside Lazyhand and the Farce Bandits,
starts at 8pm, and finishes by 10.30pm, so you still have time to do
other stuff after, and I personally guarantee it's the best start you
could have to your night... Come on, as they say, "it's dirty, and you
love it".
More gig news shortly, currently busy confirming details for a lot of
touring bands, including Troubles (20th Feb), The Low Lows (12th
March), Ned (12th April), Stinking Lizaveta and more.
See you soon, ideally this weekend, on Sunday at least!
