Welcome to 'MyTearsAreReal', we are a friendly and supportive pro-recovery mental health support group based in the UK with members from around the English speaking world.

We try to provide a safe place for people to talk about and support each other on issues such as Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Depression (Unipolar Disorder), Manic Depression (Bipolar Disorder), medications, MPD/DID, self-harm, self-injury, eating disorders, and other mental health issues.

We require that the use of trigger warnings be used on all and any messages that you think might trigger the other members of the group.

We do not allow any fights, personal attacks or arguments anywhere in the group. This group is currently spam free, and we fully intend to keep it that way.
