Unfortunately it is only possible for divers of Sport Diver and above to sit on the IFC, this is to ensure that the sport diver training is completed and completed before the IFC to make sure standards of training are met for future divers by their instructors and to ensure that the instructor candidate is capable and has an appropriate level of knowledge to be able to sit on an Instructor course.
There will be another IFC in north Scotland In October in Inverness (I'll drive up from Dundee past Aberdeen if people need a lift) and an IFC in South Scotland in September so hopefully the keen students will be SD and with some more experience to make them even better assistant instructors in time for the next course!

We have one Sportie Trainee who has only the rescue lesson to do to be finished.
We are going to do this on the 13th, the day after the advanced diver lectures and a week before the IFC.
I've told this one to sign up for your IFC online today and to let you know by email.

Due to STUDENT DEMAND an IFC has been hurriedly put together for YOU! (By North Scotland)
It will be local for South and North Scotland so those of DL+ can attend the South Scotland OWIC TIE (PIE) on the 10/11th May, bookings can be made the Monday after the IFC.
These courses get cancelled due to low numbers or people not booking on earlier enough so I need you to book NOW! If you want to keep Instructor Trainer courses going in Scotland, you need to support us, we worked hard to get this one for you, now help by booking immediately! Time is VERY short.
