(Although Richard may have a fuller answer...) I would start with the
Barnsley Library's local collection (if they have one), and if no joy
there then move on to the Yorkshire records office.

From my experience here in Staffordshire, the libraries & museums
sometimes have (often partial) collections of OS maps at these scales
but private collectors rarely do. I only have one 1:500 sheet in my
possesion (XL.16.19) which I fell across in the local library when
they were having a chuck out. Fortunately it was the one with my
house on and was well worth the £2.00 back in 1980-something.
