Doubt it. You can get it mail ordered PAL format from
Amazon.co.uk. I've got a DVD player that plays NTSC, so presumably
you could get hold of or borrow a video recorder or DVD that plays
PAL?

Still waiting to hear about the Glasgow CD. Apparently Damian's
uncle didn't do it in the end. Shame. OTK's website says "early
summer". Last I heard was they were awaiting Rich's final approval
of the recording, and he was away at the Melbourne Festival, so
we'll see.
