Although at the finish yesterday we thought that Richard's time wasn't a
course record, not beating the new standard, I checked in my handbook
when I got back and found that the standard listed is 3:18, and Richard
was 19 seconds inside that time, so maybe it was a record after all?

Well done to all who finished yesterday - the rising headwind and heat
made that return leg a bit tortuous!
