I appreciate the info.

I will poss. join the OX City Road Club as it will be
nice to ride with groups for training and have the
ability to test myself against the clock every so
often.

I currently cycle with a small group of friends when
the weather allows, and we are all very enthusiastic
cyclists. However, for the most part we just enjoy
touring the countryside although we ride flash
bikes(!), and most of my friends aren't too interested
in racing (although they are very strong and
experienced audax/touring cyclists).
