Club runs etc

Hi Tom,

The club runs sound good, as you just want to build up the miles at
this time of the year really. It's nice to know that they are friendly
and setting a good tempo, as I really struggled to keep up with one
group a while back. I was tucked in well behind someone's wheel but I
still hit the wall as a result of the effort!

I mentioned touring in France in an earlier e-mail. A good cheap way
of getting down there is by the bike bus which is about £75. It runs
from May till October. Eurostar is way too pricey usually unless you
spot a deal. I hope to do some touring down there sometime this year.

Matt
