Dear Chris,
I am in the process of filling out the event form for the OUCC 10 at the end of
April, which will use the Cumnor 10. Could you please send over a revised
course description? I have one from the CTT website but I am not sure whether
it is the updated description.
Regards,
Eli Lassman

> Yes. Please try the new N15/25C (designed to suit me!) which Oxford clubs
will be using for 2 events in July and August next season. It starts just
north of Junction 10 of the M40 at Tusmore Park on the old A43, goes south on
the new A43 to Baynads Green roundabout turns to go up via Barley Mow
roundabout to the Evenley roundabout, turns back to barley Mow then left on
the A421 to Finmere roundabout, turns back to Barley Mow, down to Baynards
Green, around that again, up to Evenley, back to Barley Mow but straight on
along A43 this time to turn off onto the old A43 and Finish out side the
entance to Tusmore Park. The HQ for open events will be at Souldern village
hall. The similar N15/25B starts and finishes on the A421 and will be used
for the A5 Rangers event on 30 May. Both courses should be very fast unless it
is windy. There is also a 50, similar to the N15/25C but nobody is promoting
an event on it next season. it is a 3-lap course and should be faster than
> the now-banned courses on the A34. We still have the fast HCC 235 at Weston-
on-the Green on that road and the HCC 246 on the Witney by-pass for Oxford club
events.
fast. I have eliminated the Bessels Leigh hill and further tweaked it since
we used it at the end of August. H25/17 is also a bit better than it was. Our
open events will use these 2 courses and the H50/17 for the 50.
Road works prevented its use after one event in 2004. The U46A which Corinium
CC use on the A419 near Cirencester should be better next year when it is
reduced to the correct length. Anything on the A419 should be fast. The P613
ten near Thruxton on the A303 is fast and very popular. The various ten, 25,
50 and 100 courses on the A3 Portsmouth Road, the P881 and P885, are well
worth the trip and better than the 10/1, 25/1 and 50/1 and courses on the
Bath Road, A4, west of Reading. The courses on the A31 near Farnham are
mixed, the H10/8 is quite good, as is the H25/8. The 30 and 50 are slower
and the H100/8 is hard but might suit a good hillclimber like you if you wish
to ride the National Championship. On the whole the F1 courses on the A1 seem
a better.bet than those on A31. H25/2 is now no good as it has lost its ski
slope. For that you would have to go all the way to West Wales to ride
