Just to let you know, I have finaly got in touch with the right person with
regard to the BC licences, Oxford City RC will be added to the list in the next
2 days, the paperwork had got left with the finance department there but they
are now processing it so you will be able to get your racing licence by the end
of this week

I am trying to arrange a British Cycling Licence for my son who is
taking part in the Hillingdon Winter Series, but as the club has not
renewed its registration yet I am unable to do so. Could you let me
know who deals with club registration so I can find out when it will be
