General guidelines:

The list should be fun and informative to use and ideally devoid of strict rules but there are a few basic dos and don'ts:

This is a discussion list and not for such things as advertising of dogs/puppies nor advertising of any kind (with the exception of selling items for charity and posts for rehoming of Rescue dogs).

Keep to topics related to the broad principles of the List (A private Email discussion group for sharing general information amongst other list members on topics relating to, for example, Breed Clubs, the Breed, Shows/Results, Club announcements, Breed humour etc.)

Good behaviour is expected at all times (e.g. no bad language).

If you wish to enter into a personal specific debate with another member or Club, do this by private email, not via the List.

Do not post copyright information, equally, do not copy information posted by other members without their permission.

Remember that this is an international discussion list.

Keep file sizes for email attachments (e.g. pictures) to a reasonable size.

Viruses are ever present on the Net. Always be wary of any attachments.

If you have a gripe about the list or someone on it, do not complain in public, contact the listowner.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST:

The listowner provides this Discussion List for the benefit of the listmembers but has no control over the content of mails sent to the list (short of removing members or putting on moderation status).

Any opinions expressed and overall content in emails, are solely the responsibility of the Email originator and and not necessarily endorsed by the Listowner nor any Papillon Club Committees.
