Re: [Paranormal Ireland] Ejyptian experience

Not to write off your dream right off the hop, but are
you perhaps feeling a little guilty for removing the
bit of sand brick from where it was ?
Having said that there are all sorts of stories about
terrible dreams and sicknesses effecting people after
disturbing things in egypt. The one that really comes
to
mind is the incident that occurred when a small group
of actors in New York (I think it's been a while since
I heard the story) took it upon themselves to stage a
small play in central park that involved the
invocation of the name of Akhenaten. He was the jerk
Pharaoh who tried to turn the people toward a
monotheistic
religion revolving around the sun disk aten, he also
moved the capital from Thebes to the middle of the
desert because of some vision of the aten he had
there.
Anyway.. I didn't really mean to go off there, sorry.
Back to the actors in the park, after invoking his
name three or four times a big storm blew in from out
of no
where and the performance was cancelled. By the next
day they had all fallen ill and were in hospital. A
few of the actors all had shared dreams before falling
ill, of
being in an egyptian style temple where they were
attacked by ram headed figures.. one of the actors
struck across the face was blind for a period of time
and I believe one actress may have died. I do believe
in the paranormal, I suppose I wouldn't be a member
here if I wasn't, but I do also believe the mind is
very strong
and extremely open to suggestion especially after
visiting such a place as Egypt.

It is possible that these dreams were just that---dreams. Sometimes our minds play tricks on us. On the other hand, however, we should not automatically...

This is an intriguing story. Do you remember where you heard it? I would like to track it down and get back to the group about it. Thanks, Gary...
