following is the last update of the CISU case history file project.

The number of UFO reports in Italy fell during August 2005:
only 37 reports are known as at Sep 09th, 2005, a small number
considering that August has usually been one of the most prolific
in the past five years.
However, a couple of interesting events deserve mention:
in Southern Italy, near Teramo, a small dark ball has been
videotaped: with the zoom it appeared as a small insect similar
to the tick. The object briefly "oscillated" before resuming its
linear path.
In Sicily, near Messina, a yellow light was seen close to a small
pond; it got bigger moving into the water and it assumed a "V"
shape (upside down) before going off.

The 2005 grand total rose to 564 reports. The July total
increased from 60 to 66.
