hi matt,the area of claines covered a lot of worcester so your
missing baptisms etc might be in another church records besides the
church in claines village itself.have a look at a map of worcester
and find landsdown crescent for instance (its off rainbow hill a fair
distance from claines) .also google maps will show you nearby
churches.if you google johns name all sort of sites come up with info
on him that might help you.did you know there was a ward in worcester
infimary named after him?i can remember viseting someone there many
