HOW TO USE THE FORUM
When you join you can choose whether to receive an email every time a new message is posted, a daily email, or no emails at all (in which case you have to check the forum yourself).

When you start a new topic, you can choose whether to send it to the whole group or an individual member.

When you reply to a topic, you can choose whether your reply is sent to the whole group or just the individual who started it. The default setting is that all messages are seen by everyone: PLEASE change the option in the drop-down box if a message does not need to be seen by everyone.
