For those of you who might be slightly interested, my new website is
now online. I would like to point out that it still very much a "work
in progress" and there are still many more photographs and other
information is still to be added. (This will include information that
I wasn't able to include in the new book due to space/size
restrictions and because even more new information has come to light
in the last few months!!)
The purchasing system and the "Blog" is not operational yet, but we
expect to have this working within a few days.
The online magazine PELPUP NEWS 21 will be published from January
2009, ( -assuming that I find 48 hours in each day and 10 days in a
week - what I mean is, I'm pretty busy with work - way behind!)and any
previous comments (on other forums and websites) regarding the so
called delays with the website is down to the fact that I kept wanting
certain aspects of the site changing. (Anyone who builds websites,
will know that what may appear to be "simple" amendments can require
hours of work.)The company building the website for me have been VERY
patient with me in this regard and I owe them a great big set of
sincere thank yous!
As for the new puppets, these are only the first of several ranges
planned and these are aimed primarily for children as an "Introduction
to Puppetry."
These are now available in several shops in different parts of the
country and by contacting me directly.
If you wish to know a little more about the background to my reasons
for doing all this, there is an article in the 2008 Puppet Master
magazine published by the British Puppet and Model Theatre Guild and
you may want to visit the PuppeteersUK website, News section too.
There have been many people that have been very supportive of my
endeavours and I am very grateful for this, especially when a very
small minority of people, who post negative comments - not here - do
not realise just how hurtful such statements can be at times.
Anyway, here is the website address and any constructive comments and
suggestions for development of the site will always be welcome:
