You could also try Carole Nash or Lancaster Insurance. I don't expect it'll get much cheaper 'though. About Ł60 ~ Ł80 seems to be the minimum premium almost everywhere.

they want over Ł100 fully comp or Ł65 third party f&f plus membership
of NACC.
for something i am going to use a dozen times a year this seams very
expensive as my commuter bike fully comp for any mileage etc is only Ł70
