no, it's not. Adding voicing pulses where in your opinion Praat
should have put them, or removing voicing pulses where in your
opinion Praat should not have put them, does not change the pitch
curve that you see in the Manipulation window. Also, the pitch curve
that you see there has no information about voicing (it's a PitchTier
object, which is a list of timed pitch targets).
If you want to edit a pitch contour, then use the normal Sound
window, extract the pitch curve from it, and click Edit.
