Re: [projektxuk] Re: The Game

I suppose we could look at the Skull Guard again, get Danny's input on them and twist them up.

Very cool report.  Though I am disappointed to hear that the "Skull Guard" are not a bit more macabre in their look....

The Skull Guard are actually represented at the moment by regular
North Star Wehrmacht in black uniforms with silver piping, gloss
black helmets with a skull motiff painted on the front. The
Specialist and the Standard Bearer are more important members of the
guard, and that's why they are different. In future we may do more
rank and file in alternative uniforms and strange equipment like the
masks, but for now the regular guys are perfect.

I hope to have them on the table top for our next .45 Adventures
game. I've really taken to this set of rules, they actually
compliment the range well because Projekt X is very character based
range and that is the focus of the game. Last Wednesday 4 GI's
battled through about 20-30 Zombies to take out their controller,
good fun and it took 1 1/2 -2 hours to finish.

Rich of Rattrap Publications emailed me the Stats sheet he's finished
to look over. In the near future it will be available as a PDF
download from his site, and it is a list of .45 Adventures stats for
all the Projekt X figures. He's done a great job and I think he's
brought all the figures to life with this. Hopefully he'll post here
when it's ready, I recommend having a look and giving his game a go.

Nick
