North Star is still working on official rules. Working with Nick I have
done up the Axis forces for .45 Adventure (still working on Allied
forces). Using the two books you mentioned along with the free download
from the Pulp Heroes website, you can easily play.

Others have also mentioned using SuperSystem, Chain Reaction, and other
rule sets. A lot depends on the size game you want to play.
