Hedy Epstein
Holocaust survivor, Hedy Epstein, will be in Lancaster on Saturday 11th October.
Hedy is an inspirational woman, who has devoted her life to the pursuit of
social justice. Using her own experience of the Holocaust, she speaks out
against Israel's oppression of the Palestinian people and is proactive in her
pursuit for justice for Palestinians.
Hedy has visited Palestine many times witnessing daily life and participating in
non-violent demonstrations against the occupation. She recently joined a team of
internationals who sailed to Gaza on the “Free Gaza” ship, successfully
breaking the siege (www.freegaza.org)
Hedy lives in the USA.
