Hi everyone

well, after the meeting last night my mind has been
busy thinking about things for Nakba week.

Instaed of putting on a week of events, how about
booking somewhere like the greggie for a day & having
a full day of speakers, workshops , films, photo
exhibitions

I think people may be more likely to come if its for
one day, rather than coming out several nights in one
week.

Also if its a day we could advertise it on PSC north &
hopefully people would travel if there was lots going
on.

Its only 2 months away, so if we want to do it we
would have to get moving fast....

I will see if the greggie is free.
Speakers we could ask: Karen, Bradford. Linda, Jews
for Justice, Khaled, Gaza student, Scottish guy
Patrick met at PSC agm, Zaytoun, Khaldoun (Deena's
dad)....
Combination of speakers & workshops. I could do
workshop on non violent activism in Pal, & we could
ask someone to do workshop on direct action in UK
(agrexco people...)

Are people happy for me to book the gregson if it is
free on a sat/sun. Please let me know by
thurs(toomorrow) if anyone objects (I'm going away on
fri for week & want to do it before)

It could be a great day.....I organised simialr thing
at the greggie years ago & it was great, people came
from all over the country
