2) "Bethlehem: The Struggle for Survival"
This is a unique opportunity to learn about the
current situation in Bethlehem from a Palestinian
medical worker. He has close links with both the
Christian and Muslim communities in and around
Bethlehem. He has worked with the Salaam-Shalom Trust
and is committed to finding a peaceful and just
resolution.
He will speak about life in Bethlehem and the
devastating effects of the separation wall. He will
speak about and fund raise for the on-going costs (eg
teachers salaries) of his village kindergarten, built
by World Vision.
