No. Only me, Mr Yahoo and MI5 know that.
Actually, even I don't know who reads stuff.
One of the things that stops you knowing who reads stuff is that it
is all available online as well as via the group mailing list. People
can use either method to post or either method to read.

People who are listed as bouncing are people who told Yahoo to send
emails to an email address that doesn't work. This makes a message
come back from the remote email server saying that the message can't
be delivered. Because this causes work for Yahoo they eventually boot
people out of the group.
If you don't want emails sent to you then use the "Edit Membership"
link at the top of the page:
http://uk.groups.yahoo.com/group/publicmouth/join
On that page you can turn off emails, or set it to special messages
only. If you don't have an active email address then turn it off.
Otherwise you will get yourself booted out of the group.

As I said before, this isn't technically possible. People can even
read the messages without having a Yahoo account (if they use the
website). These messages are also indexed by search engines, like
Google, so people can read the remote copies of messages over there.
