Hello, I live in the USA and I have been trying to find stores or sites that will be selling the new book, but I have not been able to find any. Will the new book be sold on the new site or is there a vendor in the UK that will ship it to the USA? Cheers, Mike Abraham. P.S. ( I can't wait for the new site to go live either, it is a little bit like an early Christmas for all of us! )
