David Harrison's slideshow about the history of Raynes Park was a
sell-out, with several people turned away at the door... but there will
be a repeat performance on Monday 14th November, again at 7.30

David will also be repeating his popular guided walk of the area on
Sunday 16th October, starting outside the station (Coombe Lane
side) at 11 a.m - cost £4.

advertised in "My Merton" - a slide presentation on "Nelson and his
times - as commemorated in pub signs", by David Roe of the Merton
Historical Society and the Inn Sign Society. This will take place in the
committee rooms of Merton Civic Centre at 2.30 p.m. on Saturday
