Gentleman my sincere apologies but due to me
overlooking another appointment which falls on the
same date as this event I wont be able to make it for
the games night ......

I wish one and all a 'fun' night ,and hope I havent
messed you's around in saying 'yo' count me in ,,and
then cancelling ,tis my mistake I should have checked
the dates a bit more properly before replying ...
