The AGM will take place in the Branch at 19:00 on Saturday 18 October
2008. All members are welcome to attend. A free supper will be
provided to all those that attend the meeting. Spouses who are
non-members are permitted to attend the meeting but are not permitted
to vote.



For catering purposes all members who are attending the meeting are
requested to inform me by Wednesday 15 October 2008; either by filling
in the sheet on the notice board in the darts area of the branch,
