Angel

After building snowmen and a snowball fight
I thought I saw the chrisp white sheets that are on my bed at night
so I lay down on the ground
and found it was snow but it made hardly any sound

with a giggle I waved my arms up and down
then I wriggled around
I waved my arms this way and that
and laughed as my waveing arms had frightened nextdoors cat

after standing up because I felt cold
I saw a shape and wished it was made from gold
a small angel was lieing there upon the ground
did she fall from heaven and lie there waiting to be found
