Guest Speaker - Tim Woodley of Red Star Natural Liquid Soaps

Redditch Vegetarians & Vegans next meeting will take place on Wednesday 4th October, from 7.30pm at our usual venue, St Georges Community Hall, Redditch (map & directions here). Our guest speaker will be Tim Woodley of Red Star Natural Liquid Soaps.

Red Star produce a range of high quality liquid soaps and dog shampoo, all of which are not only made entirely from natural ingredients, they are also vegan and not tested on animals. These are the principles by which the company was formed in June 2004, and all the bottles carry the logos of The Vegetarian Society, The Vegan Society, the British Union for the Abolition of Vivisection(BUAV) and Viva!

Ex fireman Tim, will talk about the company`s history and success, and about the ethics at it`s heart. There will be an opportunity to buy the soaps, and everyone that attends the meeting will be treated to a special introductory offer saving you £££`s. Vegan biscuits and refreshments will be available for everyone from 7.15pm. As always, there will be a range of informative factsheets and leaflets to browse and take home.
