Groups first meeting

FOLLOWING the success of the Redditch Vegetarians and Vegans (RVV) free
food fair, the group will hold its first meeting tonight.

It will meet at St George's Community Hall, St Georges Road, from 7.30pm.
Items on the agenda include meals out, other socialising events, future
food fairs and ways of promoting vegetarianism and veganism locally.

The meeting will also provide an opportunity for everyone to meet up, get
to know each other and discuss the group's future.

At last month's food fair, held at St Stephen's Church, 30 people stated
on questionnaires that they would be interested in joining RVV.

Everyone is welcome to attend, including meat eaters who have a desire to
change their diet.
