I was just wondering what a day's diet/meal intake is for everyone reading.
How about everyone writes out what they ate either today or yesterday from
the moment they got up until the moment they went to bed? I feel like being
inspired as I'm a really fussy eater and just interested in what other
people eat (write whether you are veggie or vegan when you write the list).
I get bored sometimes because I'm so fussy and only like certain food, and
eat them so much. I'm interested in knowing what other people eat and maybe
it will inspire me.
Mine yesterday for example was something like this:
Morning & lunch:
Two bread rolls with houmous, grated carrots, tomatoes and lettuce, packets
of Walkers Ready Salted 'Baked' crisps, Luna bar.
Afternoon/early evening:
Homemade soya cheese pizza, Alpro soya yoghurt
Late evening:
Ready Salted crisps, tangarine, soya cheese and tomatoes on toast.
