Our July newsletter is now online and includes lots of recent news and forthcoming events. We`ve dedicated this newsletter to the memory of Neil Lea, a friend & vegan campaigner who died on Tues 10 July, aged just 49. Despite being born with spina bifida which caused various other serious health problems, Neil totally devoted nearly 20 years of his life to campaigns for animals & veganism. In recent years, Neil created several popular websites including www.realfood.org.uk & www.isitvegan.info. It was Neil that established the revolutionary concept of free vegan foo! d fairs, which have helped many 1,000`s of people to change their lives for the better. Thanks to Neil`s constant support & encouragement, we held our first food fair in 2005 when RVV was formed. He was truly inspirational & is such a sad loss, but we`re glad he`s no longer suffering.
