At Redditch Vegetarians & Vegans next meeting on Wed 1st August, Anita Sharma-James of The Spice Trade, Bromsgrove, will demonstrate how to make delicious Indian food such as vegetable pakoras and samosas. We`ll also have the chance to get stuck in and have a go ourselves!!!

The Spice Trade offers Indian cookery courses and demonstrations as well as catering for dinner parties and special occasions, allowing clients to sample and try their hand at home-cooked Indian food. Anita runs the courses and workshops either in her own home or at the client`s house. All the food is vegetarian and most is vegan. Lisa from Red Kite Health Foods in Bromsgrove, will have a stall offering a wide range of tempting treats from the shops shelves.

The cookery demo/workshop will take place at our usual venue, St Georges Community Hall, St Georges Road, Redditch from 7.30pm.

FREE ADMISSION - Everyone Welcome, but it would be helpful to have an idea of numbers, so please let us know if you intend to attend.
