On Saturday 11th October we're holding a workshop to help to train school speakers who'd like to give short cookery demonstrations in Food Technology lessons.
More and more Food Technology teachers are asking for cookery demonstrations as part of our sessions on vegetarianism.
We feel that, by showing how veggie/vegan meals can look and taste good, we get a positive response from the students who, of course, have a chance to sample the food! These sessions are proving to be very popular and successful.
This free workshop will be held at a secondary school in Lichfield and will run from 10 until 4.
Lichfield is easily accessible from most areas. There are 2 train stations, both about 20 minutes walk from the school (but we are happy to collect people by car from the station when they arrive) There is free parking at the school.
